Nope! Wherever you are, you can join. Chore it up at home, in the airport, in your neighborhood — wherever you want. Just do something that makes you feel good.

We ask ourselves this every year. It’s for doing those chores you keep putting off. For running a few miles. For moving your body and clearing your mind.

Historically, we’ve run 26.2 miles throughout the day, broken up into chunks, and did our chores in between. This year’s 5K is just the kickoff — make it your own.
